NGO Network of the Ferghana Valley "Dolina Mira"


       The NGO Network of the Ferghana Valley "Dolina Mira" is a voluntary, informal union of Noncommercial, Nongovernmental Organizations of the Ferghana Valley. It is an open, public, non-profit and apolitical organization. The full name of the Network is "NGO Network of the Ferghana Valley - Dolina Mira" and the short name is "Dolina Mira." 

       Since 2003, the Network has been supported by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), which is financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark (Danida).
Under the small grant program, the Network is also supported by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

       UNDP-Kyrgyzstan and the European Center for Conflict Prevention (Holland) have also provided support for individual projects.

       The Network was established at a General Assembly on April 14-16, 2004 in the city of Khujand in Soghd Oblast, where the Network Charter was accepted and approved.

       Members of the Network include non-governmental organizations which are officially registered in the own countries and are interested in the achievement of the aims and objectives of the Network. Membership in the Network is voluntary
